SPEED TRAINING

Athletes will learn and apply various techniques for improving running form and overall movement efficiency. Speed is crucial to sports performance and athletes will learn to create and use speed efficiently.

Activities will include:

  • Running Drills
  • Conditioning Drills
  • Mental training/prep
  • 10 Yard Dash Times
  • 40 Yard Dash Times
  • Video Analysis
  • Before and after results

AGILITY TRAINING

Athletes will learn how to efficiently create, apply, and redirect force to improve their overall athleticism and agility on the field. Each individual will learn what they do well and what needs improvement.

Activities will include:

  • 5-10-5 Times
  • Footwork drills
  • Movement Analysis
  • “Quick-Twitch” Drills
  • Change of direction work
  • In game agility drills
  • Before & after results

INJURY PREVENTION

Athletes will learn movements and techniques to help prepare the body to work at a high-level while mitigating the risk for injury.  Our techniques will help athletes correct imbalances and move more biomechanically sound.

Activities will include:

  • Activation routines
  • Recovery routines
  • Force production analysis
  • Joint health exercises
  • Mobility movements
  • Sport-Specific strengthening
