During this time, he’s had the privilege to coach and mentor top athletes at every level including high school youth, D1 & D2 collegiate athletes, MLB prospects and current/former MLB players.

As an MLB pitcher, Lucas has been able to learn many of the nuances of high level baseball. He spends his free time researching and studying the intricacies of pitch development, biomechanics movements, and strength and conditioning methods as they apply to baseball. Lucas enjoys using his knowledge to help athletes of all ages.

Braxton uses his years of professional baseball experience and success at a high level to help facilitate high level training. His knowledge of velocity production and in-game adjustments allows him to give athletes the tools to throw harder and perform at a higher level consistently.

Pitching+Recovery Bundle

60-minute small group pitching sessions with Tom Dedin or Josh Lallier for 4-6 pitchers similar in age. Athletes have the option to attend 2 to 3 times per week. Membership requires a one-time pitching and mobility evaluation to be paid at the time of registration. $150.00 This allows our team to obtain baselines on each athlete in order to establish personalized workouts.

Lifting

Pitching+ Performance+ PT Bundle

60-minute pitching and Sports Performance training overseen by Tom Dedin, Josh Lallier and Shawn Kirkman offered to pitchers 1 ,2 or 3 per week pitching and 2,3 or 4 times per week sports Performance Training. Membership requires a one-time pitching, strength, speed & agility and mobility evaluations to be paid at the time of registration. $225.00 This allows our team to obtain baselines on each athlete in order to establish personalized workouts.

Private Lesson 5-Pack

Private 60-minute Pitching Lessons with Josh Lallier. Josh is a former NCAA Division II pitcher who played at Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, CO. Josh will instruct each student with age-appropriate pitching techniques and drills to help improve overall biomechanics in order to increase velocity and pitch command. The use of slow-motion video, radar and other technology will be used to improve the learning curve of the athlete. *All plans must be purchased in packs of 5 up front and used within a 2-month period.
